Anyone who thought the report was an "anticlimax" doesn't read crumbs.
After #releasethememo and #releasethetexts they highly expected a call for releasing the OIG report, and they were ready with their patsy to make anyone calling for its release look as crazy as possible.
Too bad they were wrong.
