Anon recalls an interview of Dugan talking about how DARPA working with Moderna to develop mRNA vaccines 10 years ago prepared her for the role at Wellcome Leap. She then goes on to tell the audience in a tone of amazement about how they rolled out an experimental vaccine in just 6 months (OMG! Amazing!)
And wasn't she in charge of Facebook's Building 8 project that was working on neuralinking back in 2017?
