They must be convinced that they cannot win, that to resist arrest is death, and that to submit to arrest will result in everything being OK. The best thing for to them all is to whistleblow, now, before their family members are charged as accessories. Everyone connected to the vax is going to be charged, and anyone who spent any of that dirty money is going to be charged under RICO.
