They haven't had their meeting yet to figure out what to do next, everything else has had no effect (as usual) but calling an "expert" on the playbook right now cost prohibitive. The have to figure out how to be flexible, but stick to the scripts. I forsee the playbook copies laid out on a table and on count of three they throw them open. Whichever tab is the most selected is the part they go with.
