for that money it should be viewable without a contriversy from all vantage points.

if it looks like a phallus from the back side they;ll need to put in some friezes as a wall to block the view from the pathways past the sculpture.

just give it to some dot org, gift it to the Obama library.

tasteless art doesn't have to be forever.

the 'art budget' is mandated as part of building codes and really it's just a collosal waste of money. You get scrap metal pretending to be abstract expressionism and for all we know it's filled up with toxic waste.
