>, Tapper corrected him and said that 'actually, the VP does have the authority to declassify documents'

Snopes is all over this one. Apparently, they knew this was coming and was ready for it.

My Question is "Why isn't Fakenews using this as a talking point?

https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/biden-documents/

However, the claim that federal law does not give vice presidents the power to declassify government documents, and reserves that authority for presidents, is false.

Under a 2009 Obama-era executive order titled "Classified National Security Information" the vice president does have the power to declassify documents while they're in office. The order states: "The authority to classify information originally may be exercised only by: (1) the President and the Vice President [โ€ฆ]," as well as "agency heads and officials designated by the President."

It further elaborates on who has the authority to declassify:

(b) Information shall be declassified or downgraded by:

(1) the official who authorized the original classification, if that official is still serving in the same position and has original classification authority;

(2) the originator's current successor in function, if that individual has original classification authority;

(3) a supervisory official of either the originator or his or her successor in function, if the supervisory official has original classification authority; or

(4) officials delegated declassification authority in writing by the agency head or the senior agency official of the originating agency.

While it's true in Biden's case โ€” that is, given that documents uncovered at his private office and Delaware home pertain to work during his vice presidency, he could have, while serving under Obama, declassified those files โ€” that fact is irrelevant in terms of the U.S. Justice Department's review of the files and the circumstances under which they were kept. Rather, at the center of that effort, as well as the department's probe into documents uncovered at Trump's property, is the fact that such government files, classified or declassified, should not have been at their private properties in the first place. They should have been handed over to the National Archives instead, per federal law.

>If Jill's corvette was in an accident and Joe was driving, was it the same accident that killed Joe's first wife Neilia?

my first thought was to say no, but then I wondered if it's possible that Joe and Jill were in her vette, when they bumped Neilia's car, with the kids inside, into the path of the oncoming Truck, thereby killing the Neilia and the girl?

have to find out dates of two accidents.

on second thought, I think Joe was in DC when Neilia's accident happened, so could he have been in vette with Neilia when her vette was wrecked?

On the other hand, did the witness say he saw it when Jill's vette was wrecked?

Or did he just see Joe drive up her wrecked vette to repair shop?

Or did he just see Joe driving the wrecked vette with JIll in it?

if it's true that Obama signed an EO to let VP and others declass docs, then this makes it much much worse for the ARCHIVES as to why they didn't know these docs were missing?

Also, makes it much much worse for Obama and Intel Agencies because as we learn from fakenews and Trump's caseโ€ฆ.THERE IS A PROCESS for declassifying docs. Did Biden follow THE PROCESS?

Did the IAs sign off on it?

Is there paperwork?

Did OBAMA sign off?

That may be why fakenews isn't using this as a talking pointโ€ฆ.THE PROCESS was not followed.

>Joe wanted his whole family gone so he could start over with Jill.

I agree with that, but i remember there may have been a witness that saw a car 'bump' Neilia's car out into the street in front of oncoming truck

I am pretty sure that Joe 'heard' about the accident when he was in DC, which is convenient for him.

Was he in DC all day? did people see him there all day?

Or could Joe have been at location of accident and make it back to DC in time to be notified of accident?

>He lost his first election but won in a recount after the "accident".

Killed his wife for sacrifice and the sympathy vote.

he used his dead wife to get and stay elected.

Uses 'sacrificed' Beau to maintain sympathy support.

He always talks about his dead son, always mentions him in every speech.

why?
