Cruz doesn’t go into how illegal this is, he focuses on when they knew about the documents on Nov 2, before the election. Kash and Bannon think they knew long before and thats why they raided MAL. That makes more sense, because Trump and team were puzzled when they thought their negotiations with FARA and FBI checking the security in MAL was fine. I think NARA and FBI were setting up Trump and had an “oh shit” momemt in June or july and they found the documents in more than one place. Now they are leaking it out, oh it’s just an error. Cruz does say Garland cannot prosecute Trump like he wanted to.
This whole thing should have been stopped when bidan stole the election. Everything is a farce at this point and they may get away with it.

Every time the more truth about Russiagate comes out, it seems they release a big story the next day with a big diversion. ==Seems they don’t want the public to get all details and understand Russiagate=, because its a million times larger as far as treason or espionage, then the records.
