Coast Guard, partners tracking Russian vessel off Hawaiian Coast

Assuming this is from a drone - the details at the top are odd regarding speed.

of the presumed vessels at altitude of '0' = sea level. Top Right : 83 kts = ~95 mph with drone at Top Left : 189 kts =~217 mph.

I understand knots vs statute miles and rate of speed - but no vessel that size is going the equivalent of 95 mph. Jet ski WFO can't even do that.

Second point is a the two vessel configuration and the lines between the two vessels. Not exactly stealthy.

Third a drone at 217 mph has come and gone… not circling around.

Does anyone know how to decipher these values - could be I have it all incorrect.
