When I was a wee lad, I got accepted into a college prep program that lasts for a year. Two months into the program, myself and about 5 others were told we no longer need to be in the prep program and we can start our freshman year at college. I said , but the current program requires a full year. He said do not worry about that.
I learned right then, that if they want to make things easy for people they can and if they want to make things hard they can also do that. DJT should know this.
