Jean-Pierre: The State Department launched [last week] 'The Welcome Corp', a new private sponsorship program, that will create opportunities for Americans to directly sponsor refugees from around the world, arriving thorough the US Refugee Admissions Program. The Welcome Corp is the boldest innovation in US refugee settlement in four decades.

Jean-Pierre: This week, Director of the Domestic Policy Council, Ambassador Susan Rice, and Principal Deputy National Security Advisor, John Finer, will host a briefing with stake holders to discuss the 'Welcome Corp'.

Reporter: You have said from this podium many, mamy times, over the last two weeks, that [Biden] takes the handling of classified material very seriously. And yet, we contonue to learn about more documents being found and discovered at his home, including now some that go back decades to his time in the senate. Why should the American people believe that [Biden] takes classified material seriously, and the handling of it?

Jean-Pierre: The American people heard from [Biden] directly on this…he was very clear. He says 'I take this very seriously'. He said I didn't know that the documents were there.

Jean-Pierre: [Biden] came into office; nine million people had lost their jobs, the unemployment rate was 6.3%, and hundreds of thousands of small businesses had closed their doors. In the past two years, we've created nearly eleven million jobs, the unemployment rate is at record low; a fifty-year record low.
