Operation Warp Speed scared the vaccines manufacturers so much that they decided their best bet was to placebo everyone and charge the gov't full price for a product they never delivered. Legally, this would fuck them up beyond all recognition, force the MSM to self-destruct, force the ones that took it and demanded gov't to lock everyone down that didn't to live in shame, and make everyone pushing the mudblood/pureblood bullshit (along with everyone that pushed the narrative that the vaccines were full of parasites, AIDS, COVID, and cancer itself) to look like utter morons for believing conspiracy theory nonsense.
