What would happen if multiple foreign heads of state were given the proof that Biden did not in fact win the US Presidency?

Why would they not have the proof before?

If they were to find out, would the financial/economical situation put them in a different political posture?

How would Biden act if, given that his peers across the globe, they suddenly realized they were conned into supporting a military operation under false pretenses?

Question for the ages:

Would Putin forgive and forget if they were to immediately cut support and denounce the US Presidency as illegitimate and refuse to do business with the US until the true President is sworn in?
