What's likely:
Whatever was going on before the phone call was a consensual sexual interaction between Pelosi and DePEPE
Someone else was in the house, maybe saw something they weren't meant to see, or perhaps someone in his security detail got the "Go" signal to stir the pot.
Local police are "owned" by the Pelosis, so when they show up they work out a scheme on how to sell it to the public, and DePEPE takes the fall because he's an illegal with lots of mental issues (according to his ex partner who's a super duper hippie lady that bragged about radicalizing him with her ideologies and care-free sexcapades).
