In the 19 min video released one of the cops explains what happened that lead to the original confrontation. He was driving erratic, doing a circle and all over with the cops lights on…then he gets in a left turn lane, stops…..and puts his blinker on.
The video that shows the original attempt to handcuff him, tyre is asking what did I do and the cops are screaming at him to lie on the ground.
this man had a few screws loose or was high.
the amazing thing is 2 of those 4 cops were well over 200 lbs and the 4 of them could not restrain and handcuff him.
if this asshole just got out of his car and got handcuffed what is the issue?
had drugs on him?
on probation?
warrants?
makey no sense?
did his family kill him in the hospital for the dindu lottery?
