🤷🏻‍♂️ Thus, only Ukrainian and Belorussian SSRs were allowed separate UN seats.

Undeniable fact: Russia wasn’t a UN member in 1946-91 Every unbiased person knows it. Yeltsin’s letter of December 1991 expressing russia’s intention to be the USSR’s “continuator” didn’t & doesn’t change the above fact. The letter’s not followed by a formal @UN decision till now
