Feel see or sense the opening of the essence, the light that is there as you bring more of the sacred sound, AHHH NAE EENNN AH, and place it into the space that you see sense or feel. Open your awareness into the imprint that is opening here.
Utilize the sacred sound as many times as you need, take your Conscious breath, and place it within the essence of the imprint that you see sense or feel. Simply Be.
