Well, got to thinking about this last night and theres a few reasons as to why this thing didn't get shot out of the air while it was in Alaska never mind Montana.

The Military knows exactly what this thing is and what it's doing. If it is collecting data, mapping, listening and then transmitting this data back to the homeland the military could very well be allowing this 1. because the data that it is collecting outside of topography, is "bad data" that the military is feeding it and 2. If it is transmitting data then the military surely has the capability to jam it. Probably also have the capability to "fry" the innerds of whatever is inside the balloon making it useless.

Sun Tsu-"Look weak when strong". If this was a exercise to see "how we would respond", well, they still don't know because we haven't. Should the chinks be thinking that next time they could use something like this to spread a bio-weapon, launch drones to hit certain areas etcโ€ฆโ€ฆโ€ฆthen I think the military would know what's in this thing and deal with it accordingly. If it was a bio weapon sthe military could hit this thing with something that would incinerate it at that altitude and rendered useless. Launch a drone attack, shoot it down and so on. Setting off a EMP at the altitude of 60k' would hardly be worth doing because the blast zone would be very limited. Even at 120k' it would be very limiting.

Moves-counter moves. The Brigd. Gen. press sec for the Pentagon got up there yesterday for the briefing and gave answers that were obviously vague. No reason to wonder why for us but for the press idiots were like WTF and stupified them. Well, they are morans so no wondering about that.

So, there's plenty of reasons why we haven't taken this thing out. I could just be scratching the surface here.

>You may not be considering how ever more and more people will arrive at the VERY SAME deduction that others have before me.

And there are, I'm sure. I've been looking into the "state national" reconstruction of our lawful government which apparently is now standing in all 50 states, redeclaring one's political status and taking yourself out of their jurisdiction of the sea and back onto the land and soil of your state. I've been digging on it for about a year now. But as it stands right now, you open yourself up to much peril if you don't understand what you're doing. Even then, it would be an incredible headache just to take these P'sOS on. I'm not going to piss everything that I've worked for my entire life down a drain just to make a point. [They] don't give one fuck about our point.

Until there is a way and recognition by the USA Inc. that those "Americans" who return to the land and soil are off limits and will suffer no punitive punishment then it's a risk I'm not willing to take.
