The manufacturer of theUAVs,AeronauticsMivne, published yesterday (Sunday) a draft of an initial prospectus and began a broad show ahead of an initialpublic offeringof shares in Tel Aviv, in which the existing shareholders hope to sell half of their holdings in the company at an ambitious value of about $300 million (about NIS 1.1 billion). The company's CEO is Amos Matan, and its chairman is former Air Force Commander Eitan Ben Eliyahu.
