Here is a trick to combat hunger for those that have to deal with it for one reason or another. Try concentrating on the back of your throat / esophagus area in the neck keeping it closed. It also works even if you have acid reflux due to hunger. Then breath through your nose, let it fill your belly/stomach, then open and let the hot air from the acid out. Test this out the next time you get a little hungry as an exercise so you'll be ready should that time ever occur. Share this knowledge to those less fortunate.
