Egg prices are lower in FL. Costco 3 dz about $9.

The weather is great, 72 and sunny yesterday, today 72 and rain (winter is the dry season so we need a good all day soaking).

We have no state income tax.

However, its really impossible to find homeowners insurance, so its best if you can purchase the house with cash.

We have wild pigs and turkeys and the fishing cant be beat.

Wages are low but if you are medical, engineer, or pool cleaner you can still feed a family.

You have to be very careful when you cook, it has to be hot enough to fry but dont burn the oil. Once it has cooled, pour the oil through a filter and reuse.
