Can you or any other Hamanons recommend solid entry level gear that won’t break the bank? Are there any good made in the USA manufacturers or do most folks go with over seas equipment? Be nice to just get something cheap to get started and then do some heavier research over time before investing in more expensive, higher quality gear.
I’ve seen lots of arguments on both sides of the table for the cheap BaoFeng units. Any alternatives recommended by the board?
