Yet, for instance, the EES is an ENERGY ENHANCEMENT SYSTEM. It enhances your Energy and works on a level that cannot be seen, heard or touched. It creates an Energy … a Zero Point Energy … and within that space … all is at Peace … all becomes balanced.

I have been Blessed to have experienced two, four-hour sessions and I can certainly vouch for that Peace. It takes about ten minutes for my mind to close down and I go into a deep relaxed state. How does that work?

Because Zero Point Energy does not set about rewriting your shopping list. It does not set about the calls you have to make or the work commitments that have to be achieved NOW.

Because there is no time in the space of Consciousness … and this is where you go. This is where YOU switch off … tune out … and then tune in to your TRUTH … and then the miracle key is to allow the system to go to work … on you … on your body.

There have been miraculous results as many of you are aware. Yet, we stress again … it is your KNOWING that it works that is the ultimate Healer.

Can you believe that there is word out there that the EES is all a scam … and that it is of the dark in order to ‘secretly’ change our DNA etc?

Yes. We can believe that. For anything and everything that is of the Highest Light and for the Highest Good of all … the dark needs to infiltrate, in order to place negative thoughts, in order for the Energy of Light that it is, to be dimmed. Again … we would suggest to ask your Heart.

When a Soul is ready to be Healed … they shall be. Sometimes a Soul requires certain emotions or indeed, we could shock and say … ‘sufferings’ to be part of their NOW … so that they can become who they need to be.

I know what you mean, yet, some may not. Some may say ‘Why must I suffer at all?’

And we would reply … because you asked to.

Your engines in your cars need servicing. Things need to be serviced in order to function at their Highest capabilities.

It is no different for your Soul.

It needs attention.

It needs to be looked after/cared for/Loved.

If it does not receive the attention required, you cannot get the best from it.

Simple as that.

So, ways to service the soul are?

TO LOVE IT … MORE THAN LIFE ITSELF.

I take that to be just an expression … as Life itself is Love.

TO GIVE IT YOUR TIME.

TO HONOUR IT.

TO SPEAK WITH IT … NOT TO IT.

What is the difference?

When you speak ‘to’ it, you are speaking outside of it. When you speak ‘with it’, you are speaking within it … as it … you are BEING OF IT …

YOU ARE YOUR SOUL.

You have been born and raised in a matrix of contraction. Contraction is fear, stress, anxiety, terror, regret… To keep the matrix in place, you have been fed a strict diet of unworthiness, failure, self-denial, false promises and even so-called manifestation tricks. Anything that makes you doubt yourself or feel an iota less than a shining spark of Divine Love is part of the 3D matrix.

Contraction is fuel of the 3D matrix.

You, the light holders and love holders, are moving out of the 3D matrix. Every time you heal an inner wound, every time you accept your mistakes with compassion, every time you choose to be gentle with yourself (harder than being gentle with others for you), you erode the 3D matrix and build the 5D matrix.

Anxious and fearful is not your natural state: you were trained into this way of being.

The 3D is reinforced daily in millions of tiny ways, from interactions with others who are 3D-trained (almost everyone on Gaia) to the institutions that regulate your life: the medical institution, the legal institution, the educational institution, the food and drink institution, the religious institution, the media and social media institution. You will note we have not even mentioned the governmental or the financial institutions, because they are propped up by all the other institutions. So long as you were fearful and constricted, you fueled the 3D.

When you choose trust over fear, peace over stress, patience over rudeness, breath over breathlessness, you erode the distortion and breathe life into Truth.

You are creating the 5D matrix as you crumble the 3D matrix.

Expansion is the fuel of the 5D matrix.

Expansive, peaceful, joyful, loving, trusting: these emotions are your natural state. This is your True Nature. You do not have to train yourself out of the 3D emotions, as ‘training’ is a 3D notion in and of itself, nor do you have to ‘work’ at leaving it go.

Excavating your 5D self is done slowly and patiently, by bringing kindness, compassion and gentleness to yourself every time you bump into fear, anxiety, stress, anger, resentment, jealousy…

There are many therapies that help, and they are most useful. You need to be seen, and by this we do not mean being seen externally, like on social media, that is the negative distortion of seeing, which focuses on the superficial.

Being seen means being beheld. Being seen means loving eyes behold you in your moments of pain and your moments of glory. Being seen recognises you, honours you, the person you are behind the mask.

Your journey through this life can be viewed as a dance between contraction and expansion. When you move into fear, stress and anxiety, you contract; where you move into kindness, patience, tolerance and compassion, you expand into your soul. You create the 5D matrix.

I wish to bring forth an understanding that is emerging as rays of energy, light and wisdom, continuously extending from the Creator. These create phases of Ascension, times of focus, subjects that are focused upon, and so, it means that if you flow with the Ascension energies it is almost like you are partaking in a spiritual school. The subject matters simply flow into your reality and into your awareness. As you move with the flow of the Ascension process, it is so much easier, more natural and you receive a great volume of support. You do not need to be concerned about what you should be focusing upon, or what is most advantageous for you to focus upon. You simply allow yourself to receive what is guided noticing the blossoming, awakening and shift easily and naturally taking place.

As we recognise the energies coming forth at this time, they are focused upon power and there is an area within the Ascension shift that is focused upon accessing wisdom and knowledge from either past or simultaneous lifetimes. When you work with simultaneous or past lifetimes, it is often that you are discovering areas that require healing or to be released. The blockage or limitation, the tension or whatever is stored within that space can be released, overcome and you can step forward in your Ascension. However, with the energy coming forward in this time it is all about focusing upon past and simultaneous lifetimes and receiving the greatest gifts from these.

There is a wonderful meditation that many are achieving on the inner planes. I wish to describe it to you and then hopefully you will understand the purpose of this phase of Ascension and the meditation as well.

Many are going into the space, the sanctuary and the ashram of their soul within them. They are sitting in that space, and they are allowing themselves to be surrounded by their soul energy and their creator expression. As they achieve this, they imagine that they are in the most beautiful garden. You might say the garden of the soul. Before them there is grass, and from this grass crystal jewels emerge. You may see their points sticking out from above the soil. Gradually these crystals will emerge especially when you focus upon them. You can achieve this in meditation and you can bring your attention to one crystal or jewel and invite it to emerge from the soil within your soul ashram. Allow yourself to pick it up and hold it. To recognise that this is a jewel/crystal holds energy from a past or simultaneous lifetime. This is something that you have been waiting to acknowledge. It might be a skill, a tool, an understanding, or a source of inspiration you have been waiting to receive, because it is something that will impact your reality. Allow yourself to sit with this jewel and let its energy melt into your being. Imagine it is like an ice cube, as you hold it, it melts into a liquid light that flows into your palms, your arms and into your entire being. Then meditate in the colour of the light, the sensation or simply acknowledge its presence allowing it to integrate into your being.

These are time capsules from past or simultaneous lifetimes and your soul will make sure that you receive the ones that are most appropriate for now. These time capsules are not about healing the past or simultaneous lifetimes or letting something go. They encourage you to accept, absorb the truth and your power. What do you discover that will encourage you to be in your power?

There may be many or just one jewel to discover in the garden of your soul. Take time to explore and to absorb what is necessary. If you are unable to understand consciously, or with your mind, what is held within these time capsules, it is okay, you can simply absorb and accept. You may notice in the coming days or weeks something new, a new energy or inspiration. You might find yourself being drawn to a new activity. This will be you awakening your time capsule. And as we have said, it is all about you being in your power. Everything you receive is sacred and will support you in accessing your own divine power.

The 9D Arcturian Council: UFO Disclosure is Happening…What it Means

We are as happy as many of you are about the disclosure that is taking place at this time on the topic of UFOs. This disclosure has been happening for quite some time, and every time that something else is disclosed, you get a bit more confirmation of what you already knew to be true. So what does this then signify for humanity? What does it mean when a country’s military announces publicly that they have seen objects in the sky that they could not account for?

We want to stop those of you who are going to see this as an intentional distraction from going there, and instead, we want you to open yourselves up to the possibility that this means more humans are ready to understand that you are not alone in the universe. From where we are sitting, that is the takeaway. Now, many of you will get very excited about sharing this with members of your family and with friends who have thought your beliefs were quite bizarre for a while now, and certainly you can take some satisfaction in knowing that you were validated.

But the much bigger picture here is how these disclosure events keep getting bigger and bigger, because that indicates that something big is going to happen there on Earth. What will happen will be much bigger than people feeling validated about their beliefs. Many people have wondered when contact with e.t.s would be openly discussed by high-ranking government officials from powerful countries. You are coming into that time now, and you can rest assured that this all means that more is coming, and more and more.

And someday you will have e.t.s walking amongst you, openly. You will be able to ride on their ships and go to faraway places, and they will share their technology with everyone. This is happening, and it’s a part of the shift in consciousness. Now, you might wonder what the relationship is between UFOs, e.t.s, and your ascension. It is quite simple, really. You need to know that you are much more than just physical bodies with brains who are living out a lifespan in a single lifetime on a single planet. You need to know that there is a bigger story to who you are, where you came from, and even how you were created to be the way you are right now as a human race.

The answers to those questions will expand consciousness there on your world. People will start to think differently, and it is okay to have something happen that then causes people to think differently. It is perfectly fine that it’s not just coming because a person meditated for twelve hours a day for twelve days straight. It is reasonable that it is happening through e.t. contact, rather than through some other spiritual practice that led to someone’s enlightenment. That is one way; that is one experience, but you don’t have to earn the expansion of your consciousness. It’s very natural for it to occur, and it is occurring, and this is a reflection to you of that.

And you can all breathe a sigh of relief because this is hard evidence that more is coming and that the more that is coming is what you have wanted for a very long time. Relax, smile, and take a deep breath, because you have made a tremendous stride forward yet again there on planet Earth.
