With all the surveillance around the world someone must know where those balloons are being launched from.

Hard to believe that they're being launched from China and left to float around the jet stream unnoticed until they cross US borders which is some distance away from China..

Or could they Project Bluebeam tests?

They could, or even a submarine I suppose.. A ship could be tracked but a sub could just surface, launch a balloon and submerge again..
