I believe that Trump was one of them, was raised in an "elite" family, but that there was a line that he would not cross.
Prior to Trump, I was under the impression that anyone who was a multi-billionaire had to be corrupt. So that was one of the things that I didn't understand about Trump, but I voted for him anyways.
