Person of color (plural: people of color, persons of color, sometimes abbreviated POC) is a term used primarily in the United States to describe any person who is not white.

That's the literal definition. They want to de-humanize PoL by excluding us from the PoC definition and denying us #PeopleFirstLanguage

That's why we don't just want "People of Light" - we NEED it!
