This would infer that web traffic over port 83 has been re routed.
Port 80 is the usual port for web traffic, but this is convention, not rule, and there is nothing to stop someone using other ports for webservers.
That is to say, the bad guys were using port 83 to host their web services, and this has been redirected.
This would mean, that CORONA is the deep state spy tool, to intercept all web traffic.

Police located him from his earlier posts about being a Russian immigrant, and they worked backwards from there.
But they could NOT locate his IP…
