Space Force hacks the system, lowers the balloon suspended satellite altitude to visible levels. The entire world sees it. Catches the deep state by surprise so they blame China. They let it pass over water before shooting it down so the people don't see that satellites are of that nature. Watch the water; where the SEALS worked quickly to catch their prey.
