I think it depends on your perspective. Things have been bad for me for many years. Now they seem to be getting better as reality is clarified. My relationship with God is being restored.

Urine and stool pass but with blood? (Meaning you don't have evidence of obstructed bowel.)
Was praying. If you are a praying person I suggest you do the same.
For some reason a personal experience came to mind. You will need to discern if it would be helpful to you, because it may not be.
I had a bleeding issue at one time. I craved spinach and ate a whole bag. Problem solved.
You would not want to eat anything if you have evidence of bowel obstruction, however.
I will pray for you.
You have a lot going on. Sounds like edema in your legs. Bleeding urine can go with bladder infection. Did you ever have bleeding hemorrhoids before? If the blood on the tissue when you wipe is bright red it means lower down if the blood is black or you have tarry stools that is from higher up like the stomach. Do you have a fever? That is a danger signal in the context of a bowel issue, but if you are pooping your bowel may not be obstructed.
I posted an earlier answer regarding bleeding but didn't answer your post.
I will keep praying for you.
Fear is a big enemy. I've survived some crazy stuff and fear was the worst of it. Once I got past that with God's help and prayers I was okay because I could "hear" from God what to do.
You aren't on any blood thinners are you? Electrolyte abnormalities?
One other thing: Do you have anyone IRL you can reach out to? Even if maybe it would be hard to do so, but the person would be able to help.
My sister saved a family member's life by getting that person to the ER in time. That person HAD a bowel obstruction but survived and miraculously recovered.
