In my humble opinion, these balloons are the CORONA and SNOW WHITE that Q referenced in a series of drops.
Perhaps Space Force re-routed these balloon suspended satellites, bringing them close enough for our eyes to see. Then they took them offline so that they couldn't gain back control. Doing this set the deep state in a panic trying to delay shooting them down until they're over water/uninhabited land so that the public eyes stay off and the truth stays hidden. Then they blame China, but word spreads that english writing and American made parts are on the first one. So now they're using the UFO narrative to change the narrative and to shoot down the rest claiming them to be a security risk.
