I think that America's Chernobyl if it has a positive value will be in the transformation of the country in some lasting ways.
The agencies we thought were in place to protect us are not and probably have not been for a while. God's help, without which we can do nothing, is necessary to heal and protect us.
Large scale industry run without protections and free to drop whatever, wherever is over. There are apparently court cases against 3M over "forever chemicals" which were posted on 8kun. The information source was maybe out of Australia. We have not had a free press nor adequate enforcement of environmental protections so it will be necessary to test, test, test. Don't take a label's word for it and don't believe any information out of an industry.
Small, local and personal. The ideal characteristics of businesses to use and to pay with physical money.
Local councils will need to put on their big girl and big boy pants and stop playing politics. Get around protecting the people from toxic industries however you can and make it safe for families to use local schools and businesses NOW.
