I don´t avoid products with sugar - I like chocolate and sweets and stuff too (I do avoid extreme sweets and certain lemonades) - I just don´t buy any sugar to use for any kind of processing, I use honey. Honey turns out to be healthier and even cheaper
Sugar is also known to be highly addictive and unhealthy, not only for teeth, but also for the guts
