Mr. McMillan joined PHMSA from the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services where, since 2008, he served as Chief of the Verification Division, Immigration Records and Identify Services Directorate. Prior to being appointed to the Senior Executive Service in December 2003, he served in the U.S. Army, retiring as a colonel, with almost 30 years of decorated service. He is a former executive with the Internal Revenue Service, a former county administrator and has also worked in the private sector. He is a graduate of the U.S. Army War College and holds a B.A. in political science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, North Carolina. He also holds a Master’s degree in public administration from Harvard University’s JFK School of Government.

As PHMSA's Executive Director and senior career official, Mr. McMillan is responsible for the agency's operations and will oversee consistency of program execution, PHMSA-wide.

I started after watching that Mycellium documentary ~2 years ago. Just like the baking soda anon was saying, teaspoon to tablespoon per day but sometimes I go on long bouts of losing consistency with the dosing. I just drop teaspoon / tablespoon on tongue, swish with mouthful of water inside mouth for 1 min then swallow. Bit of a savage that way. Mostly I just use room temp water but activating the baking soda first with boiling water (will fizzle) is best and drink after cooled down.

Really worth it to dose 60-90min before hard labor / exercise to neutralize aerobic acid or whatever.

Maybe you weren't in as bad shape as I was. Recently quit cigs around that time and was eating cheap junk food mostly.

The Russian Kosmos 2499 satellite has been shrouded in mystery since it launched almost a decade ago.

The secret satellite recently broke into 85 pieces and will pose a debris hazard for at least a century.

Experts aren’t yet sure why the satellite broke apart.

We don’t know a lot about the secret Russian satellite Kosmos 2499. But we do know that it just broke apart about 745 miles above Earth, posing a messy mix of debris in a well-traveled orbit.

Ever since launching nearly a decade ago,Kosmos 2499 has proven to be mysterious. Even the fate of the secret satellite’s demise—initially deemed likely from a small explosion on the satellite, potentially due to some sort of failure—is a bit murky.

But now it’s in 85 different pieces, thanks to info via Twitter from the 18th Space Defense Squadron, and what was once a mysterious satellite is now mixing plenty of debris in a well-traveled orbit for many other satellites.
