The UH060 Blackhawk Aircraft Commander has been identified as Daniel Wadham from Dover, TN.
Why hasn't the other aircrew member been identified yet? Is it because that aircrew member was a "pilot candidate" from Ukraine?

The UH-60 airframe is not an entry-level airframe for US Army rotary-wing pilot candidates.
I highly doubt both of these aviators experienced COVID-19 vaccine-related incidents simultaneously that would cause the aircraft to dive at that rate-of-descent & crash.
Either this Ukrainian pilot candidate did something to put the aircraft into an unrecoverable maneuver or there was catastrophic engine / rotor blade failure.
