no amount will hurt anon, the tube does 1,250 lbs

so 1250/195 so the tube is approximately 6 doses. I go with about the amount you'd put on a toothbrush but there's a plunger on the tube to hone in the correct dosage.

Again, you can't hurt yourself taking the stuff so err on the side of abundance imo. NOT a Doctor.
