Don Lemon is a made up fake persona in my opinion. The person who's last name he took died before he was even born. His mothers maiden name is Bouligney from Louisiana. Bouligny was a sugar plantation owner and slave owner who made rum and bought his way into the senate.
Probably just a coincidence that his uncle Matthew Bouligney has a bunch of step children with the last name of "Lynch".
Don Lemon volunteered in Africa to do AIDS research in 2005, at the same time he was a closeted homosexual working as a news reporter in Chicago. Gay bars much?
It's probably also a coincidence that Don Lemon's nephew's last name is Bush.
