All someone has to do is state that they suffered "Damages". Then the courts would take the case because that plaintiff has, (wait for it…) "Standing".
What a coincidence that last night I had a recurring dream of this board that kept me up. The dream was that every post of a bread was just about 911 and I kept hearing the words "Standing" from some unknown source.
