Idk but Jessie Czebotar, queen mother of darkness whistle blower, and there's word that she's a rothschild, says the black eye comes from a ritual they do to remind them to keep their secrets. Have not listened to this yet. But I heard her say it before that it's a ritual and they place their eye on a Bible or something and they get whacked in the eye somehow. They believe in demons and think demons have power, kek, but something happens and they end up with a black eye.
