There is a difference between a virus 'leaking' AND BEING MANUFACTURED in Wuhan, and a virus 'leaking' AND BEING MANUFACTURED IN UKRAINE.
Saying 'the virus 'leaked' from Wuhan' is not synonymous with the virus being manufactured there.
Viruses, as with URANIUM, can be transported from one location to another to make it LOOK like it came from one location and not another.
