It doesn't really matter what the actual laws are. What matters is what the cops think the laws are. They will "execute" people for not following their directions. Who else has that authority? To execute people for not following their directions.
Since when are cops, judge, jury, and executioners?
People are allowed to carry guns.
Just because someone has a gun, does not give a cop the right to execute that person.
Am I allowed to go around shooting anyone who I see that has a holstered gun?
Why are cops allowed to shoot legally armed individuals?
