I don't think the general populous understands that an AI is NOT a human. An AI is just a program that is told how to respond to maybe every situation ever made. As you interact with an AI also remember this. It is learning about you as you interact with it. You are literally giving it information that should be personal, but you're making public. Like love life, family, debts, thoughts, and believe me someone is reading what the AI learns from you. This is what an AI is.

This will be my thread on all the undercover FBI assets I have located posing as violent and racist conservatives.

 

My studies include Charlottesville, January 6, the "Justice for January 6th Rally", various Patriot Front events, the Youngkin bus hoax, and other "racist" events.

 

Bottom left are Patriot Front members, who worked the Glenn Youngkin bus hoax. The Lincoln Project took credit for staging this event, but it was actually the FBI. These are their people. You can see two of these same individuals at some staged "racist" rally. (top)

 

This is the FBI asset I call "Big Nose". He was present at both Charlottesville and January 6th. He is also a Patriot Front member.

 

I accidentally nicknamed both of these FBI agents "Moustache Man" Both were present at both Charlottesville and January 6th. Special shout out to Rolling Stone. I'd have never found that guy without their help.

Oscars reportedly say no to Zelensky again

The Ukrainian president employed a high-powered agent to plead with the Academy after last yearโ€™s rejection, Vanity Fair has claimed

 

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskyโ€™s bid to appear virtually at the Academy Awards has been rejected for the second year in a row, Vanity Fair reported on Thursday.

 

Mike Simpson, a high-powered Hollywood agent from the WME agency who also represents directors Quentin Tarantino and Bong Joon Ho, was supposedly sent in to try to clinch the deal, but the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences was not swayed, the article says. The Academy declined to comment to Vanity Fair.

 

Zelenskyโ€™s efforts to appear at the Oscars last year were also rebuffed, reportedly because the Academy wanted to โ€œsteer clear of anything political.โ€ Oscars producer Will Packer also allegedly complained that Hollywood was fawning over Zelensky because those affected by the conflict in Ukraine were white, while the many wars impacting non-white people around the world have been largely snubbed by the cultural elite.

 

Hollywood actor and vocal Zelensky supporter Sean Penn called for a boycott of the awards show and even vowed to melt down his own Oscar statues if his friend was not permitted to speak, a campaign that gained little traction at the time.

 

While Penn did not end up liquefying his awards, he did give one of them to Zelensky during a visit to Kiev, and has not commented on this year's developments.

 

The Ukrainian president has been ubiquitous at large-scale public events in the West since the start of Russiaโ€™s military offensive in Ukraine last year, appearing via video link to plead for financial and moral support at the Cannes, Venice, and Berlin film festivals, the Grammy Awards, the Glastonbury music festival, and even the New York Stock Exchange, where he rang the opening bell โ€œvirtuallyโ€ in September.

 

However, Americans appear to be tiring of the comedian-turned-politicianโ€™s routine, with polls showing a growing portion of the electorate believes too much of their money is being sent to Ukraine. Hackers broke into the servers of radio stations and TV channels and dispatched a false air raid alarm in Moscow, Russian emergency services announced on Thursday. The incident happened following a string of similar events in other parts of the country.

 

According to media reports, TV programming was interrupted by a warning that urged people to โ€œimmediately seek shelter.โ€ A similar message was broadcast in Sverdlovsk Region in the Urals, local officials said.

 

Last month, a false alarm about the โ€œthreat of a missile strikeโ€ was aired by radio stations in several Russian regions. The broadcast was reportedly heard in cities in the western part of the country and in the Urals. Officials said at the time that the incident was caused by a cyber attack.

Georgia protests persist even after government climbdown

Opposition activists rallied in Tbilisi for the third night in a row, though all their demands have been met

 

Thousands of protesters gathered outside the Georgian parliament again on Thursday, demanding the release of everyone arrested in the previous two days of rioting over the proposed โ€œforeign agentsโ€ law. The government has already withdrawn the proposal and released everyone not charged with criminal offenses.

 

Opposition politicians are reportedly demanding the governmentโ€™s resignation, andthreatened that the protests would become โ€œharsh and uncompromisingโ€ unless everyone detained was released, according to local media outlets. A total of 133 people were detained during the riots, the Georgian interior ministry said on Thursday morning.

 

Aside from โ€œseveralโ€ who were given a court hearing, the rest were โ€œreleased after the legal limit for their preliminary detention lapsed,โ€ the police said in a statement. Georgian law limits detention without charges to 48 hours. The police are still investigating several cases of assault on officers during the โ€œviolent eventsโ€ outside the parliament.

 

Starting on Tuesday, protesters waving US, EU, Ukrainian and Georgian flags besieged the parliament and tried to break in several times, clashing with police and pelting the officers with rocks, bottles, fireworks and Molotov cocktails. The authorities responded with tear gas, flash-bangs and water cannons.

 

Opposition parties called for the protests after the parliament overwhelmingly approved a bill that would require any organization that gets 20% or more of its funding from abroad to register as a foreign agent. Critics denounced the bill as โ€œRussian,โ€ while the US embassy said its passage would be a โ€œdark day for democracy.โ€

 

President Salome Zurabishvili, who is currently visiting the US, endorsed the protests and said the bill would derail Georgiaโ€™s โ€œEuro-Atlantic integrations.โ€

 

So did Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, who thanked the demonstrators for flying Ukrainian flags. The EU threatened to withdraw support for Georgia over its alleged โ€œintimidation of essential entities for democracy.โ€

 

On Thursday morning, the ruling coalition said it was withdrawing the bill because โ€œthe machine of lies was able to present the bill in a negative light and mislead a certain part of the public.โ€ The ruling Georgian Dream party said it intended to โ€œbetter explain to the public what the bill was for and why it was important to ensure the transparency of foreign influence in our country,โ€ once the populace calms down.

Taibbi had said that a source contacted him and asked him if he'd be interested in seeing those documents, and it was about a week later that he first released his reporting on the topic.

 

Plaskett asked, "Did Mr. Musk contact you Mr. Taibbi?"

โ€œWe spoke specifically about the new resolution and about my perception and anger with the fact that the City Attorneyโ€™s Office was being used to circumvent the will of the council majority after the majority had voted. I did, in fact, imply to Mr. Sloan that if this happens and that the new resolution was not followed, that I would vote to terminate him. I never directed him not to comply with his legal and ethical obligations. I wish that he would have come to me to clarify before these allegations became public. This entire situation could have been avoided.

 

District Attorney Lisa Smittcamp, speaking on KMJ radio, said Esparzaโ€™s statement helped inform the decision to drop the charges. After the hearing, Esparza offered a more conciliatory tone toward the District Attorneyโ€™s office. He has publicly said before that his prosecution was politically motivated.

 

Esparza thanked his friends and family, and attorneys. The public is funding Esparzaโ€™s legal defense. Coleman did not have an estimate on how much time he has spent on the case or what his final bill will be. The city will pay Coleman $350 an hour; other attorneys working on Esparzaโ€™s behalf will receive $250 an hour.

 

โ€œI know this issue has weighed heavily on Council President Esparza and his family,โ€ Dyer said in a statement. โ€œNow that charges have been dismissed, it is my hope that we will be able to move forward as we continue to serve our community.โ€

 

Speaking Monday morning on KMJ radio, Smittcamp criticized Esparza for not coming forth sooner. โ€œWho are we electing? Are we electing mature, professional people or are we electing people who are self-centered and self-serving who then only participate in the process, you know, when the heat comes down? And I think thatโ€™s really what we have here today,โ€ Smittcamp said.

 

Additionally, she clapped back at criticism that her office prosecutes based on political party or race.

 

โ€œWe make decisions in the District Attorneyโ€™s Office based on two things โ€” facts and law. Thatโ€™s it. And the only facts we can use are the facts that we know. And despite what many people specifically in the Fresno City Council have said about me publicly, which are complete lies, that we do things because of race or political party or affiliation. โ€ฆ I mean, itโ€™s just complete hogwash,โ€ Smittcamp said.

 

She also praised the hiring of Andrew Janz as city attorney. Janz worked under Smittcamp as a criminal prosecutor.

Biden admin plans to reduce milk allowance for families in WIC program, substitute soy-based products

 

The Biden administration recently proposed a rule for the United States Department of Agriculture that could reduce the amount of milk available to families participating in the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children. To supplement the reduction to the milk allowance, the administration proposed including more soy-based products.

 

According to the USDA, โ€œmore than6 millionmoms, babies and young childrenโ€ are currently participating in the WIC program.

 

In November 2022, the Department of Agriculture announced that it plans to โ€œreduce the amount of milk provided in all child, pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding participant food packagesโ€ and add โ€œsoy-basedโ€ or other lactose-free beverages, yogurt, and cheese alternatives.

 

The USDA reported that the proposed updates to the WIC program are โ€œscience-basedโ€ revisions from the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine that โ€œbest meet [participantsโ€™] nutritional needs and foster healthy growth and development.โ€

 

โ€œUSDA is committed to advancing maternal and child health through WIC, helping mothers, babies and young kids thrive,โ€ Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack stated in November. โ€œThese proposed changes will strengthen WIC โ€“ already an incredibly powerful program โ€“ by ensuring it provides foods that reflect the latest nutrition science to support healthy eating and bright futures.โ€

 

On Wednesday, 28 congressional representatives, including New York Republican Representative Elise Stefanik, pushed back on the proposal and argued that the plan would โ€œexacerbate the crisis families are already facing with skyrocketing prices at the grocery store.โ€

 

In a bipartisan joint letter to the Department of Agriculture Secretary Thomas J. Vilsack, the representatives explained that the proposed monthly milk allowance reduction was โ€œsubstantialโ€ and cause for โ€œdeep concerns.โ€

 

Currently, children 12 to 23 months old enrolled in the WIC program are allowed 16 quarts of milk per month. Under the new proposed rule, those children would be reduced to 12 quarts monthly.

 

Children ages 2 to 4 would be reduced from 16 quarts to 14 quarts monthly, while pregnant and partially breastfeeding mothers would be reduced from 22 quarts to 16 quarts monthly.

 

โ€œWe are greatly concerned that reducing dairy in WIC food packages will negatively impact the nutritional intakes and health of program participants, as it will decrease their access to dairyโ€™s nutrients at life stages key for health and development,โ€ the members of congress stated.

 

They further argued that the proposed reductions would make the WIC program โ€œless attractive to eligible familiesโ€ and likely result in fewer participants.

 

โ€œWe strongly urge you to not reduce the amount of milk available to WIC families and instead maintain the current WIC dairy allotments in the final rule,โ€ the congressional representatives concluded.

Incident raises concerns about LGBTQ safety in Carteret County {North Carolina}

BEAUFORT - A decorative millstone cast with a Bible scripture was anonymously left in front of a local bar that supports the LGBTQ community Tuesday, Feb. 28 in Beaufort.

 

The concrete stone weighed several hundred pounds, was painted with rainbow colors and inscribed with the words "Luke 17:2," a verse that references throwing a person who leads children astray into the sea with a millstone tied around their neck.

 

Cru Bar & Wine Store Manager Ash Harrell explained the incident appears to be a targeted attack that is being considered by employees as a death threat.

 

"We are taking it very personally," Harrell said.

 

Harrell first noticed the stone as she showed up for her shift around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday.

 

After reviewing surveillance camera footage from the business, Harrell was able to determine the stone was actually delivered around 5:55 a.m. by two older men and women in an SUV.

 

"It took the two men with a moving cart to wheel it over, and they dropped it right in front of Cru," Harrell said. "The women took pictures, then everyone held hands around it and prayed. We opened at 6:30 a.m., so they made sure it was there before we opened."

 

Harrell and the staff at Cru took the millstone's presence as a threatening gesture and immediately called the police to report the incident. Officers quickly responded and removed the millstone as it was on town property.

 

Cru has been a supporter of the LGBTQ community in Beaufort for many years and is viewed as a welcoming space for local youth who are finding their identity.

 

Harrell explained there are very few outlets for LGBTQ individuals in Carteret County, and that places like Cru are essential for providing a sense of belonging and community for individuals who may feel isolated or rejected by society due to their sexual orientation.

 

The bar previously hosted an LGBTQ club with resources for the youth, but it has been months since they've had a club meeting.

 

Harrell noted there has been a resurgence online of people talking about the club, which may have sparked the threatening gesture.

In addition, the intelligence communityโ€™s Massive Digital Data Systems (MDDS) initiative, a project sponsored by the NSA, CIA, and the Director of Central Intelligence, โ€œessentially provided Brin seed-funding, which was supplemented by many other sources.โ€

 

Brin and Page โ€œregularlyโ€ reported to Dr. Bhavani Thuraisingham and Dr. Rick Steinheiser, who were โ€œrepresentatives of a sensitive US intelligence community research programme on information security and data-mining,โ€ Ahmed shared.

 

Ahmed has argued that the involvement of intelligence agencies in the birth of Google, for example, is deeply purposeful: that they have โ€œnurtur[ed] the web platforms we know today for the precise purpose of utilizing the technology โ€ฆ to fight [a] global โ€˜information warโ€™ โ€” a war to legitimize the power of the few over the rest of us.โ€

In his own research, MacLeod has found that the CIAโ€™s ties with Google continue today, as โ€œthere are dozens and dozens of examplesโ€ of former CIA agents who now work at Google, โ€œwho had just been parachuted into these positions of extreme importance.โ€

Santa Clara County deployed a variety of surveillance techniques on congregants of a local church that met during COVID-19, including tracking phone location data and parking a car in a nearby lot to observe behavior, court documents reported by independent journalist David Zweig reveal.

Inspectors from the countyโ€™s COVID-19 Business Compliance Unit spent a total of 51 hours conducting stakeouts near Calvary Chapel San Jose between November 25, 2020 and January 3, 2021, observing everything from Sunday services to baptisms and prayer groups, Zweig reported. Enforcement officers, who were paid $219 an hour, wrote in great detail about church activities, noting each violation of the mask mandate, social distancing policy and state-wide ban on singing.

Using cellular mobility data from a company called SafeGraph, which aggregates location data from 47 million devices nationwide to show movement patterns, the county also set up a geofence around the church building to track how many people visited each day, documents obtained by Zweig show. The county paid Stanford Law Professor Daniel Ho $800 an hour to analyze the data, determining there was a daily peak of 1,700 people visiting in early 2021.

County Counsel James Williams told Mercury News that the data is anonymized and not used to track the cellphones of individuals.

โ€œIt is unconscionable how much time and money this county has spent surveilling and targeting this church when they should be focused on rebuilding the community,โ€ Mariah Gondeiro, an attorney for Calvary Chapel, told Mercury News.

A complaint filed by the church in 2021 says that several congregants โ€œexpressed to Pastor McClure they felt intimidated by the County enforcement officersโ€™ persistent surveillance of church servicesโ€ and โ€œbelieved the County was going to order the police to arrest them for attending church.โ€

Calvary Chapel re-opened its church on May 24, 2020 after two months of being closed, defying the countyโ€™s mandates. It sued the county for violating its constitutional rights, which the county followed with its own lawsuit against the church in October 2020, arguing the church violated public health orders and failed to pay fines. The county is currently seeking $2.87 million in public health fines from Calvary Chapel in the ongoing lawsuit.

In August 2021, Grace Community Church, which also opened in defiance of the COVID-19 lockdown, secured a $800,000 settlement from the state of California and Los Angeles County after the Supreme Court ruled against Californiaโ€™s indoor worship ban.

Santa Clara County and County Counsel James R. Williams did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Rosemont Seneca and its affiliates have come under scrutiny, as the US Department of Justice investigates Hunter Bidenโ€™s foreign dealings as part of a possible tax-fraud probe. Hunter Biden secured meetings with top state-linked Chinese companies while repping Rosemont during trips to Beijing while his dad was veep, and one Rosemont affiliate allegedly received a mysterious $3.5 million payment from the wife of a Russian mayor, according to a Senate report.

If they investigate train derailments like they do plane crashes and shut them down until causes are found by grounding that particular type, then maybe railroad conglomerates would be more apt to ongoing maintenance that is supposed to be performed. Too fast of speed by onboard conductors or maintenance of track systems are the cause. These conglomerates are trying to save a buck by not maintaining the wheel assemblies, braking systems and or tracks. They donโ€™t need to have hearings for this. Just like every other transport business there are regulatory agencies local and federal that are supposed to be conducting records checks and maintenance inspections. Who is not ensuring the rail systems are safe? Trains, no matter their cargo are literally bombs moving at speeds in excess of 80 mph through towns and cities.

White Supremacist Propaganda Soared Last Year, Report Finds

Propaganda efforts by white supremacist groups soared in 2022 as such incidents reached a five-year high across the country, according to a new report by the Anti-Defamation Leagueโ€™s Center on Extremism.

 

In the report, released on Thursday morning, researchers for the A.D.L. say they have identified more than 6,750 separate occasions last year on which white supremacist organizations distributed racist, antisemitic or otherwise hateful fliers, stickers, banners, images, posters or graffiti. That is a nearly 40 percent rise in similar incidents compared with 2021 and a more than fivefold increase since 2018, according to the report.

A man who appeared to be a sovereign citizen and refused to co-operate with police was shot by officers who thought he had a gun.

 

A suspected โ€œsovereign citizenโ€ who refused to comply with police after a traffic stop was shot dead after officers saw a gun.

 

Several officers fired into the car with Mr Allanโ€™s family describing his death as a โ€œbrutal murderโ€.

 

Police have admitted itโ€™s not clear from bodycam footage if Mr Allan was reaching for a gun when he was shot.

 

During an exchange where he was repeatedly asked to and refused to exit the vehicle Chase Allan, 25, told police they had no โ€œjurisdictionโ€ over him and used other known sovereign citizen phrases.

 

While it hasnโ€™t been explicitly stated that Mr Allan was a sovereign citizen, it has emerged his mother is in a legal dispute with the local police department which also followed a traffic stop where she also used sovereign citizen tropes.

 

Mr Allan himself had to be forcibly ejected from court a number of times in recent months for interfering with cases during which he used phrases common in sovereign citizen circles.

 

Sovereign citizens, also known as โ€œcookersโ€ in Australia, typically believe they are exempt from the law and do not have to pay taxes, fines or carry driverโ€™s licences.

 

It featured no numbers but did have some US symbols and a series of vertical red stripes where the numbers would normally have been.

 

A flag often used by sovereign citizens in the US features a variation of the American flag with the stripes going vertically rather than horizontally.

 

Text on the plate said โ€œUtah, American state citizenโ€ and โ€œNotice, Private Automobile Not for Hireโ€. In Australia some fake licence plates used by sovereign citizens have also stated vehicles are โ€œprivateโ€.

 

Bodycam footage from police captured the entire encounter.

 

An officer approached the vehicle and asked Mr Allan, who had a gun holster in the car, about his license plate and to see his ID.

Through its verdict today, the jury reaffirmed that the illegal acts committed by both men will not be tolerated and that they should be held accountable.โ€

 

The two men were convicted in the bribery and racketeering scheme that surrounded $61 million in bribes regarding House Bill 6, the stateโ€™s billion-dollar FirstEnergy nuclear power plant bailout.

 

Householder lost his speakership and was expelled from the House in June 2021.

 

As previously reported by The Center Square, FirstEnergy agreed to cooperate with federal prosecutors in their investigation, admitting it conspired with public officials, others and entities to pay millions of dollars to public officials in exchange for specific official action to help FirstEnergy.

 

Householder, along with four co-conspirators, were charged in 2020. Also charged were Borges, lobbyist Neil Clark, the Oxley Group co-founder Juan Cespedes and strategist John Longstreth.

 

HB6 created a new Ohio Clean Air Program to support nuclear energy plants and some solar power facilities. Electricity consumers were to fund the program with the surcharge that ran through 2027.

 

The fee, which was scheduled to begin Jan. 1, 2021, was stopped by the Ohio Supreme Court in late December 2020. Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost also reached a deal with FirstEnergy to stop what would have been a $120 million windfall for the company this year based on another part of HB6.

 

Ohio House Minority Leader Allison Russo, D-Upper Arlington, said justice was served by the verdict.

 

โ€œJustice was served today, and it now closes this chapter on Ohioโ€™s largest corruption scandal in history," Russo said. "However, the issue of unlimited dark money and pay-to-play bribes being funneled through our political systems undoubtedly remains. We owe it to all Ohioans to rip these roots out permanently so taxpayers are never on the hook like this again, and so the government can regain the trust of the people.โ€
