Lets talk eating first…
-your body does a predictable symphony of function every day which is run by our relationship to the SON (your have 43% of your genetic expressions directly related to your circadian rhythm's)
-at certain times we FOCUS on certain organs and functions
-THE MOST DISRUPTIVE THING WE DO DAILY IS EAT!
-when we eat we do so at the cost of our immune system
-for 5 hours we DROP OUR SHIELDS to deal with our food
-for 5 hours after eating we run on sugar and store fat
-for 5 hours after eating we drop our natural cancer defenses (if you eat breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack and drink pop you effectively have NO CANCER DEFENSE)
-for 5 hours after a meal we MAKE CHOLESTEROL
So eating is costly and should be intentional!
Intermittent fasting…
-eat in a 6 hour or less window (some say 8 but less is moar..)
-outside your window ONLY drink water, coffee (no cream or sugar), or teas
-eat whatever you want in your window but limit sugar and MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR AMINOS
A bear will only eat for 4 hours a day during the spring and summer and this promotes LEANNESS and HEALTH…a bear simply increases his eating window in the fall to GAIN WEIGHT…that is the ONLY CHANGE THEY MAKE…
