In this post >>18484961 you state the need to eat “proper amino acids”. And then in this post >>18485106 you say all proteins contain amino acids, making it sound like anything containing protein will provide the aforementioned “proper amino acids”.

This makes sense. But I grow weary attempting to source quality supplements and have trouble believing they contain what they claim to contain. There’s a video I’ve seen posted in some health threads I frequent that does not shine a positive light on the common practice for producing supplements.
