Dutch Government Sends In Military Trucks and Military Gear as Farmers Plan the Biggest Demonstration Yet After Government Closes 3,000 Farms Due to Global Warming

Thousands of farmers are expected to drive tractors to The Hague, Netherlands, on Saturday morning to oppose the government’s plan to shut down 3,000 farms. The government made the move to comply with global warming goals despite a heavy vehicle ban the day before.

It can be recalled that the Dutch government is planning to “buy and close down up to 3,000 farms near environmentally sensitive areas to be in compliance with EU environmental rules” of the nitrate emission reduction plan.

Thousands of farmers and the climate activist group Extinction Rebellion will hold a rally in The Hague, Netherlands on Saturday, March 11.

According to Swedish journalist, Peter Imanuelsen, this will be the biggest demonstration yet.

Tbilisi’s main street, Rustaveli Avenue, was blocked for several days this week as thousands of people chanted anti-government slogans in front of the parliament building and sang the Georgian national anthem. Even more protesters gathered at the square in the evenings. By nightfall, the enraged crowd was throwing firecrackers, stones, and Molotov cocktails at the police, attempting to take down an iron fence and storm the parliament. The police used water cannons to promptly put out the fires and showered the crowds with water, at the same time spraying tear gas to disperse those present.

What led to this violent confrontation is perhaps difficult to understand from the perspective of a Western reader. It wasn’t a “civil society” uprising in the sense you might find, for example, in a country like France. Instead, it was organized by people whose livelihoods were threatened by the proposed legislation.

In a poor country like Georgia, foreign-funded roles pay multiple times better than local gigs. By taking on the NGO industry, the government went up against a powerful, and relatively well-heeled lobby.

Inside the crisis

The protests were initially triggered by a bill ‘On the Transparency of Foreign Influence’, which was adopted by the Georgian parliament on its first reading. On Tuesday, 76 deputies voted in favor of adopting the bill and 13 deputies opposed it.

During the discussion stage, MPs from opposition parties said they would not allow the so-called “Russian law” to be considered in parliament. This resulted in a fight between opponents and supporters of the legislation. Deputies from the National Movement and Strategy Aghmashenebeli opposition parties were expelled from the chamber. Triggered by the situation, the latter’s leader Giorgi Vashadze called on all opponents of the bill to join the rally.

On Wednesday afternoon, the Georgian Interior Ministry reported that 50 law enforcement officers had been injured in clashes with protesters. Calls from the police to “stay within the bounds of the law” did not work.

EU state bans TikTok from government devices

Belgium’s prime minister has announced that the Chinese-developed app will be barred from state employees’ gadgets

Belgian Prime Minister Alexander De Croo said on Friday that TikTok will be banned from government phones and devices, citing security concerns. It follows similar measures in the US, EU, and Canada.

The ban will be imposed next week and reevaluated after six months, De Croo said in a statement. Government employees will be allowed to use the app on their personal devices, but not on any devices “whose purchase, subscription or use are partly or fully paid for by the federal government.”

Citing reports by the Belgian State Security Service and Centre for Cybersecurity, De Croo claimed that TikTok collects large amounts of user data, manipulates the information users are exposed to, and cooperates with Chinese spy agencies.

“We must not be naive,” De Croo said. “TikTok is a Chinese company that today is obliged to cooperate with the Chinese intelligence services.”

TikTok is owned by ByteDance, a Chinese company headquartered in Beijing. A spokesperson for TikTok said on Friday that user data is stored on servers outside of China, which the Chinese government has no access to. TikTok itself has headquarters in the US, Ireland, Singapore, and the UK.

De Croo’s ban follows similar decisions across the Western World. In the US, the Biden administration ordered all federal agencies to ban the app from government-issued devices last month, while a similar ban was ordered in Canada. The European Union’s three main institutions have also forbidden employees from using the app on work devices, as has the Danish Defense Ministry.

While TikTok insists that all user data is stored outside of China, it confirmed last year that its China-based staff could access this data remotely. In response to the recent bans, the company now assures US and European users that their data will be stored in Texas and Ireland respectively, and that it will allow a third-party European cybersecurity firm to monitor what data it transfers out of the EU.

The Chinese government has portrayed the US ban as an attempt by Washington to “suppress foreign companies.”

New Capabilities: AI technologies are applied routinely to enable DARPA R&D projects, including more than 60 exisiting programs, such as the Electronic Resurgence Initiative, and other programs related to real-time analysis of sophisticated cyber attacks, detection of fraudulent imagery, construction of dynamic kill-chains for all-domain warfare, human language technologies, multi-modality automatic target recognition, biomedical advances, and control of prosthetic limbs. Robust AI: AI technologies have demonstrated great value to missions as diverse as space-based imagery analysis, cyberattack warning, supply chain logistics and analysis of microbiologic systems. At the same time, the failure modes of AI technologies are poorly understood. DARPA is working to address this shortfall, with focused R&D, both analytic and empirical. DARPA’s success is essential for the Department to deploy AI technologies, particularly to the tactical edge, where reliable performance is required.

U.S.-Based Chinese Scientists Violate Government Policy by Continuing to Collaborate with China’s Military, thus Acting Contrary to American National Security Interests

Chinese scientists working in the United States and supported by U.S. taxpayers are thumbing their noses at Joe Biden’s China policies.

In December 2021, Biden’s Department of Commerce added China’s Academy of Military Medical Sciences to a list of entities “acting contrary to the foreign policy or national security interests of the United States.”

Nevertheless, Chinese scientists working in the U.S. continued to work with scientists from the Academy of Military Medical Sciences.

The following represent examples of a longer list of ongoing violations of U.S. government policy being tolerated by the Biden regime.

China-trained Genhong Cheng of the University of California, Los Angeles and China-trained Pei-Yong Shi of the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston published a scientific article with Cheng-Feng Qin of the People’s Liberation Army’s (PLA) Academy of Military Medical Sciences over a year after the U.S. government’s national security warning was issued.

A month later Genhong Cheng published another article with the PLA’s Cheng-Feng Qin, both articles being funded by Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.

Wanbo Tai, who received his Ph.D. from the PLA’s Academy of Military Medical Sciences, took the scheme one step further.

Mexico’s Socialist President Lopez Obrador Threatens to Interfere in American Elections – Announces Plan to Ensure “Not One Vote” Goes to Republicans

Democrats love decry foreign election interference when they think it’s detrimental to them. They particularly have an obsession with Russia.

But do not count on Democrats to call out election meddling from our “friend” Mexico, however. This is the kind of interference they can get behind because of an opportunity to ensure a permanent Democrat majority in America.

Far-left Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador has a plan to help make their dreams a reality.

Lopez Obrador on Thursday threatened to meddle in American elections and indoctrinate Hispanic citizens against the Republican Party.

“Starting today we are going to start an information campaign for Mexicans who live and work in the United States and for all Hispanics to inform them of what we are doing in Mexico and how this initiative by the Republicans, in addition to being irresponsible, is an offense against the people of Mexico, a lack of respect for our independence, our sovereignty,” he said.

“And if they do not change their attitude and think that they are going to use Mexico for their propaganda, electoral, and political purposes, we are going to call for them not to vote for that party, because it is interventionist, inhumane, hypocritical, and corrupt,” Lopez Obrador said, later adding that Mexico would be insisting that “not one vote” goes to Republicans from Mexicans and Hispanics.

As reported by Fox News, the Mexican president made this disgusting threat in response to Republicans calling for action, including military action, to stop fentanyl from pouring into America.

Lopez Obrador then lied by claiming that fentanyl was not produced in Mexico and told Americans “it’s your problem.”

The overwhelming majority of fentanyl is produced in Mexico using precursor chemicals imported from China and then smuggled into the U.S. As the Associated Press points out, the Mexican government previously acknowledged this basic fact.

Lopez Obrador has coddled the drug cartels for years. After becoming president in 2018, he adopted a “hugs not bullets” approach to the terrorists.
