When your paradigm for why banks are good is that you think the courts have the power to produce for you the money the bank lost… you're engaging in magical thinking. That the consequences for poor decisions on your part can be mitigated by your Fairy Godvernment. Bad businesses fail. Don't participate in bad businesses.
