But let's say your re here and there's a top 10 player in the board, who inevitably they are monitoring (after all, if they monitor Tucker Carlson they're monitoring Elon Musk, Jeff Bezia and muh dick, Prince Harry)

So let's say they are monitoring them and you get into some dialogue with Jeff or Harry or elon.mosy certainly, they have a minimum 1 if not 2 hop authorization to monitor Elon. So Elon, you and then your mom, your brother, your weed dealer,etc
