Telling you how to bake would be saying how to do notable descriptions, format your notables, etc - you don't need help with that, are HIGHLY competent as a notetaker and baker.

Skill set is fine but not all there is. Gotta be able to work with others - not because you are forced to but because it works better - why Q promotes unity.
