Porn is free speech and you don't allow it. Being severely off topic, and not allowing it on the basis of that is OK, it's your board. But calling it a free speech board and mulling "how to deal" with a baker that bangs out breads, even if there's controversy (not coming from the actual baker himself, mind you) means you are expecting some conformity out of volunteers who were not only pivotal in bringing this thing from half to 8, they've spent countless hours contributing and helping anons get "motivated" to contribute more.
You don't have a "tranny baker" problem. You have a perspective problem. Everyone complaining about transferring could easily take 2 fucking seconds to learn how to copy/paste from notepad, but would rather gin up drama to get you and BVs thinking you need to do something about a problem that doesn't exist.
Again, it's your board. Do what you like. But the problem is lack of volunteers to bake and not the fact an eccentric likes to help point out where there are deficits.
