agree completely when it comes to anons. agree partly when it comes to bakers but not 100%. Baker have more power and more responsibility, need to exercise greater discernment when assuming that role (that's why we have them).

While technique matters so does the ability to listen, to reflect, and to let anons lead whenever possible. Gotta be able to step back from ourselves a little.

Baker, i don't know what that's about, but afaik, no breads have ever been deleted because of a banner. Sometimes banners were swapped out, espec when we were grappling with banner issue last year, but that's all. If somehow that has ever happened, want to know.
