agree completely when it comes to anons. agree partly when it comes to bakers but not 100%. Baker have more power and more responsibility, need to exercise greater discernment when assuming that role (that's why we have them).

While technique matters so does the ability to listen, to reflect, and to let anons lead whenever possible. Gotta be able to step back from ourselves a little.
