“A 14th amendment citizen is a federal citizen”
A Federal citizen is the same as a citizen of Washington DC - a district. Similar to a territorial or possession citizen like Guam.
And not a sovereign Citizen of a State Republic like New York or California.
Those who elect to reside in a Zone like a ZIP code (zone improvement plan = ZIP) reside in possessions of the USA because USA purchased the ZIP trademark.
ZIP citizens have the same rights as those who reside in US possessions.
They are NOT sovereign Citizens of State Republics like New York.
So if someone gives a ZIp code as their residence they do not reside in a State Republic.
