Anon, you have no idea how timely and relevant this post about18 U.S. Code § 4 - Misprision of felonyis right now. Your post is an answer to some earnest prayers I prayed earlier today, as I continue on with a very important battle in one of the most corrupt states in the union. I knew I'd get to this eventually, because I have a note about "MISPRISION" pasted at the top of the document on which I'm working. And I'm doing case research tomorrow, so this is a nice case with which to start.

Buckle up for the takedown of one of the most felonious state Governors our country has ever had the displeasure of knowing, along with the Governor's alleged co-conspirators. . . .

Quick question related to my previous post. Under what theory or theories, or actual laws, would said Governor be liable if some of the alleged crimes of the Governor involved defrauding and/or stealing from individuals and other entities that receive federal grants?

Serious question. Any lawfags or law enforcement officials working Day Shift?

Oh, and in case you're wondering why I'm asking it's because the criminal investigations are ongoing, according to sources, and those investigating are not talking. So certain Anons are just spit balling, trying to think of things that the bad guy might get in trouble for doing, or under what theories of criminal liability, that's all.

NOTABLE, if responses are included. Always notable, in my opinion, when we seem to have timely comms that relate to Q posts, and McCarthy's been a key player in 2023 (not that I like the guy, just that he seems to be obeying the patriots who are in control).
